About The Role
As Library Services Manager you will lead a passionate, qualified and self-motivated team in the planning, development and delivery of quality library services.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Drive strategic planning of library services through service delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement to meet future growth
Inspire and support a high-performing team across multiple locations creating an environment where people feel empowered, motivated and able to deliver great outcomes for the community
Identify, assess and manage strategic, operational and reputational risks
Build strong partnerships and lead meaningful stakeholder engagement internally and externally
Integrate customer experience, value management and financial data to understand customer and community needs and design responsive library services
Monitor, measure and prepare reports on the delivery of outcomes

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Relevant professional qualification and/or substantial equivalent experience
Current Queensland C Class Drivers Licence
Demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication, interpersonal and library service skills
Advanced knowledge of the practices and procedures for project management, operational management and strategic planning
