Job Description
Job Title: Aged or Disabled Carer
Location: Clyde, Cranbourne, Pakenham & Dingley Village, Melbourne VIC
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Salary: AUD $80,000, – $82,000 per annum + Superannuation
Vacancies: Multiple Positions Available
Task & responsibilities
Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
Assist with mobility, transfers and positioning.
Support meal preparation and feeding assistance.
Assist with medication administration.
Monitor participant wellbeing and report changes.
Assist participants with therapeutic, rehabilitation and independence-building programs.
Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reports.
Support community participation where required.
Qualification & experience Essential Requirements
Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or related field.
Minimum 1 years relevant experience.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
First Aid and CPR.
Current driver licence.

Experience with complex behaviours.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
