We are on the hunt for Sustainability Stewards to help us maintain a clean, efficient, and environmentally responsible precinct.
Key responsibilities include:
Separating and managing waste streams
Maintaining accurate waste and recycling records
Operating baling equipment to process cardboard and recyclables
Processing food waste and supporting sustainability initiatives
Keeping waste areas, equipment, and back-of-house spaces clean and organised
Working closely with venue teams to promote best-practice sustainability processes
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in hospitality or kitchen operations, warehousing, logistics, or physically demanding environments is highly regarded
Availability to work night shifts, including finishes between 1am and 3am
Ability to safely perform repetitive manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting throughout shifts
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster




A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
The ability to work collaboratively as well as have the autonomy to work within a fast-paced environment
