Assistant Centre Manager

centre.

The Opportunity
Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the daily operations of the service while mentoring educators and driving high quality outcomes across all areas of the centre.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Centre Manager with the day to day leadership and operations of the service
Mentor, coach, and inspire educators to deliver engaging educational programs
Build positive relationships with children, families, and the local community
Support compliance with the National Quality Framework, Education and Care Services Regulations, and Aspire policies
Assist with enrolments, occupancy, rostering, and continuous improvement initiatives
Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
Support the achievement of quality, operational, and financial goals
Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and inspiring learning environment
About You You are a motivated and approachable leader who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys supporting teams to succeed.
To be successful, you will have:
ACECQA approved Diploma or
Bachelor
of Early Childhood Education
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Centre Manager in an early childhood education and care service
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standard, and Education and Care Services Regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship building skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications
Current Working With Children Check
Current National Police Check
Experience using XAP or similar childcare management software will be highly regarded
