Maintenance Supervisor
to lead the day-to-day maintenance activities at a manufacturing site in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance trades personnel and contractors, managing maintenance priorities, coordinating preventative and breakdown maintenance, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Monday-Friday | 6:45am-3:00pm*
Temporary Assignment
What you will be required to do:
You will lead the day-to-day execution of maintenance activities across a busy manufacturing site, ensuring maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards while supporting plant reliability and operational performance.
Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the site
Supervise maintenance trades personnel and contractors
Manage preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities




Respond to equipment failures and coordinate troubleshooting and repair work
Prioritise maintenance tasks to minimise downtime and maximise plant availability
Ensure compliance with safety systems, permits, isolations, and site procedures
Work closely with Maintenance Planners and Operations teams to manage maintenance priorities
Maintain accurate maintenance records and work order completion within CMMS systems
Support reliability improvement initiatives and continuous improvement activities
To be successful in the role you will:
Hold a trade qualification or have equivalent maintenance experience
Have previous experience leading maintenance teams within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Demonstrate strong maintenance workflow management and planning capability
Have experience coordinating preventative and breakdown maintenance activities
Possess a strong understanding of permits, isolations, and safe work systems
Have experience using CMMS or maintenance management systems
Be a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
