Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where children can thrive
Planning and facilitating exciting activities that inspire creativity and curiosity
Building positive and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental needs
Upholding the highest standards of child safety and wellbeing at all times
What We're Looking For
We believe great educators come in all shapes and sizes, but the ideal candidate will bring:
A genuine passion for working with school-aged children
A current or in-progress qualification in Early Childhood Education,



Education, or a related field
A valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, can-do attitude and a natural ability to connect with children
Reliability, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility
