You will oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects from award through to completion, ensuring projects are properly planned, resourced and delivered safely, on time and within budget. You will work closely with electricians, apprentices, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to keep projects running efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Managing multiple electrical projects from commencement through to completion
Coordinating electricians, apprentices and subcontractors
Planning labour, materials and equipment for upcoming works
Monitoring project budgets, costs, timelines and profitability
Managing variations, progress claims and project documentation
Reviewing plans, specifications and scopes of work
Coordinating suppliers, subcontractors and procurement
Attending site and client meetings as required
Ensuring projects meet WHS, quality and electrical compliance requirements
Coordinating testing, commissioning, handover and project close-out
About you




Previous electrical project management or construction management experience
Experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical projects
Experience supervising tradespeople and subcontractors
Solid planning, leadership and communication skills
Good understanding of project budgets, costs, variations and progress claims
Ability to read electrical plans, specifications and project documentation
Strong computer and administration skills
Good knowledge of WHS and electrical compliance requirements
Full-time, office-based role in Morisset NSW ****
