Blacktown Workers Club Group Ltd is seeking a friendly, experienced Customer Service Professional to join our Concierge team across our venues in Western Sydney. You will welcome members and guests, assist with bookings and information, and help ensure a welcoming atmosphere at shows, events and everyday patronage.
You will work a mix of day, evening and weekend shifts, use Outlook and club systems, and contribute to a high standard of service with a positive, qualified presentation.
