Black Hawk Metals Pty Ltd is seeking an
Internal Sales Coordinator
to join our dynamic sales team in Acacia Ridge, QLD. This is a
full-time position
that plays a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and driving business growth. As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales department, managing customer inquiries, processing orders and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This role offers the opportunity to be directly involved in revenue generation whilst working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and emails
Prepare and follow up customer quotations
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
Assist customers with product, pricing, availability and delivery enquiries
Check stock availability and expected supply dates
Follow up existing customers and outstanding enquiries
Respond to and follow up new sales leads
Liaise with warehouse staff to coordinate customer orders and deliveries
Liaise with suppliers where required to confirm availability and lead times
Maintain accurate customer, quotation and order information within company systems
Assist the wider sales team with general customer enquiries and day-to-day sales activities
What we're looking for
Is a strong and confident communicator, both over the phone and by email
Has good computer literacy and is comfortable learning current systems
Is organised and able to manage multiple enquiries and orders at once




Is reliable and comfortable working as part of a small team
Has a practical approach to solving customer problems
Is willing to learn our products and understand our customers' requirements
