Located in Braeside, we are looking for an Aluminium Fabricator to complement their team in an ongoing temporary to permanent position which will lead to full-time after a successful probation period.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Assembly of custom-made aluminium extrusion products
MIG welding of aluminium products i.e., exhibition events industry
Use of basic hand-tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
Working in a team to assist with daily production requirements
Sanding, operate aluminium saw, milling machine and interpret drawings
Qualifications & Experience
Weld components to a high-quality standard and in a protected manner
Confidence in MIG welding, measurements, accuracy, and assembly skills
Positive attitude with an eye for detail with the ability to work in a team
Weld aluminium from 1.6mm - 10mm mostly extrusions
Ideally the suitable candidate will have recent experience with MIG welding of aluminium products or components in a manufacturing environment.
