WeareseekingamotivatedandorganisedProgrammeManagertojoinapurpose-drivenorganisationdeliveringimpactfulcommunityandinternationaldevelopmentprogrammes.Thisroleofferstheopportunitytomanageprojects,buildstrategicpartnerships,coordinatetraininginitiatives,andsupportgrantdevelopmentwhilecontributingtoprogrammesthatpromotesocialimpact,resilience,andsustainabledevelopment.
Key Responsibilities
Managedomesticandinternationalprogrammesfromplanningthroughdelivery
Developandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithpartnerorganisationsandstakeholders
Identifyfundingopportunitiesandpreparegrantapplicationsandprojectproposals
Coordinateprojectactivities,timelines,reporting,andprogrammeadministration
Preparereports,presentations,newsletters,websitecontent,andcommunicationmaterials
Facilitateworkshops,trainingsessions,andstakeholderengagementactivities
Monitor,evaluate,andreportonprogrammeperformanceandoutcomes
Supportpartnershipdevelopmentandcollaborationinitiatives
Assistwithcoordinationofinternshipandcapacity-buildingprogrammes
Maintainprojectdocumentationandensureeffectiveprogrammeprocesses
Collaboratecloselywithinternalteamstoachieveorganisationalobjectives

Undertakeadditionalprogrammemanagementandadministrativeresponsibilitiesasrequired
Requirements & Eligibility
Minimum2–3yearsofexperienceinprogrammemanagement,projectcoordination,orarelatedfield
Experiencepreparinggrantapplicationsandfundingproposals
Strongprojectmanagementandorganisationalskills
Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
Abilitytobuildandmaintainprofessionalstakeholderrelationships
Experiencemanagingmultipletasksandcompetingpriorities
Strongattentiontodetailandproblem-solvingabilities
Experienceintrainingdelivery,education,orworkshopfacilitationisadvantageous
Interestincommunitydevelopment,internationalaffairs,orsocialimpactinitiatives
Self-motivatedwiththeabilitytoworkindependentlyandwithinacollaborativeteam
