Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
: Identify and build relationships with new clients while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
Product Knowledge
: Leverage your understanding of plaster, timber, building materials, and construction processes to advise and guide customers in selecting the right products for their needs.
Customer Service
: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.
Market Analysis
: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
Negotiation & Closing
: Successfully negotiate deals, manage quotes,



and close sales to meet targets and company goals.
Requirements
Industry Experience
: Prior experience working in the construction, building, or plaster industry is essential. You must be familiar with the products, services, and processes that are crucial in this sector.
Sales Experience
: Proven success as a Sales Representative, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Solid Communication Skills
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. You will be interacting with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regularly.
Customer-Focused
: You are passionate about understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Self-Motivated & Driven
: You are a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Valid Driver's License
: As travel may be required to meet with clients on-site or visit suppliers, a valid driver's license is essential.
Valid White Card
