Our client, an independent Federal Government agency responsible for implementing & administering the National Disability Insurance Scheme, require the services of a
Program Manager
.
Key Duties or the Program Manager
Communicate the program vision, goals, roadmap, and ensure alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders;
Work with the program office to manage the program budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and issues, and ensure timely and effective resolution;
Establish and maintain the program backlog and prioritise and plan the program increments and iterations with project teams;
Facilitate program reporting and proactively.
Skills and Experience Required
Demonstrated experience managing large scale,



complex and cross functional programs or projects with a focus on utilising agile methodologies;
Extensive experience in delivering and applying agile methodologies;
Experience delivering with cross functional teams across business areas, enabling services, external stakeholders and technology.
