They are growing significantly across Australia and seek a quality, experienced Product Manager to be based in Melbourne.
The Role
Reporting into the Senior Leadership Team, the Product Manager – will be responsiblefor contributing to an ambitious strategic business plan to increase market share and drive the product portfolio strategy.
The Product Manager will define and manage product positioning, pricing, commercial performance and ensure successful product introduction is aligned with global and local requirements.




Relationships will be a key component of the role alongside developing and retaining strong partnerships with existing and current customers; regular interaction will be with sales teams, engineering, suppliers and headquarters.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will be welcomed into a Leadership Team and demonstrate the following key qualities:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field
5-7 years in Product Management, Engineering or a Technical Commercial role
Some experience of HVAC, heat pumps, ventilation, or building services would be desirable but not essential
Exposure to product sourcing, supplier management or cost optimisation
Strategic thinker, strong commercial focus and a highly structured and data driven decision making skill set
Confident in communicating, sharing information and training
