As a Night Auditor at Best Western Melbourne City, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a rapid-paced environment and enjoy working independently. Based in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, you will be responsible for a range of front office and guest services tasks that are crucial to delivering an exceptional experience for our valued guests.
What you'll be doing
Performing end-of-day audits and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
Handling guest check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and managing reservations
Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns that arise during the night shift
Maintaining the security of the hotel by monitoring access points and conducting regular property checks
Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and updating hotel records
Collaborating with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the hotel is well-presented and functioning efficiently
What we're looking for
Relevant experience in a similar night audit or front office role,



preferably within the hospitality industry
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills to ensure accurate financial reporting
Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively handle guest inquiries and concerns
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant computer applications
A commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry
Applicants must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
