Established in ****, InsureBuild has been servicing the insurance industry for 30years, providing specialised insurance building repairs across Australia following an insurable event such as fire, flood, impact, storm and malicious damage.
About the role
This role is a full-time office-based role, in Heidelberg West
A great prospect for a Project Coordinator to effectively manage the administration and support of a portfolio of repair claims. Working on a broad range of projects in the $20,000 to $100,000range, you will be responsible for providing support to our project delivery team, includingbut not limited to the following:
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in accordance with contractual requirements.
Preparation of project documentation.
Liaise with Project Manager daily
Accurate preparation of invoices to ensure compliance with contracts
Assist with Trade Onboarding and Compliance

To be considered for this position you will have a dedicated level of experience and be able to demonstrate the following:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience within the Insurance Building Industry or Domestic Building Industry highly regarded.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Results focused and self-driven nature.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Develop relationships with clients and subcontractors.
This role will be subject to a National Police Check
