This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of organisational change initiatives and the seamless transition of projects into business-as-usual operations.

Key responsibilities

Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, you will lead and support change management and operational readiness activities, helping stakeholders embrace change, maximise adoption, and realise project advantages.

You will work closely with project teams, business leaders, and change sponsors to ensure effective engagement, communication, capability development, and operational preparedness.
n
Develop, coordinate and facilitate change management and operational readiness strategies across key projects.
n
Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments using recognised methodologies such as PROSCI ADKAR.
