Our client is a well-loved wildlife and nature-inspired toy brand, trusted by families across Australia, New Zealand and Asia for products that spark curiosity about the natural world.
They're expanding their digital footprint, and they're after an experienced Ecommerce Account Specialist to drive growth across their online, Direct to Consumer and Amazon partnerships.
You'd be the one keeping the engine running, owning the day-to-day data and admin that underpins the whole ecommerce operation, while spotting the next chance to grow it.
What you'll be doing:
New channels.
Identify and secure new e-commerce opportunities and distribution channels
Partner management.
Run performance reviews and business planning with digital partners
Listings & content.
Manage product listings, content, pricing and inventory across wholesale online platforms
Digital shelf.
Optimise product discovery and conversion across every platform
Campaigns.
Coordinate promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising
Brand consistency.
Keep brand presentation and compliance on point across all digital platforms, working closely with the international marketing team on assets and content




Reporting.
Track KPIs — sales, conversion, traffic, margin — and turn them into data-driven recommendations
Forecasting.
Support demand forecasting and inventory planning, and keep an eye on competitor activity and market trends
What you'll bring
3+ years' experience in e-commerce account management, online sales or wholesale digital channel management
A proven track record managing online wholesale accounts or e-commerce platforms
Strong proficiency with e-commerce platforms — Shopify, Amazon Business, online marketplaces
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting and forecasting
A self-motivated, analytical mindset and the ability to work autonomously
Nice to have
Experience with third-party marketplace management platforms
Knowledge of wholesale and DTC distribution models
Familiarity with CRM systems
An understanding of SEO, digital merchandising and content optimisation
Ideally this role is based in Brisbane, but can be done remotely from Sydney or Melbourne.
