Encircle Community Services is seeking an Immediate Housing Response (IHR) Case Manager in the Moreton Bay region to support individuals, couples and families facing homelessness. You will provide intensive case management, advocacy, and practical support to help secure secure, stable housing across Redcliffe and Lawnton sites.
Working within a strengths-based, trauma-informed framework, you will manage a caseload, conduct assessments, develop plans, coordinate referrals and advocate with housing
