We are looking for a
Sales Specialist
to join a growing and fast-paced team. This is a hands-on sales role suited to someone who is commercially driven, customer focused and motivated by achieving targets.
You'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities, building robust customer relationships and guiding customers towards the right products, services and solutions.
What you'll be doing
Deliver a professional, engaging and consistent customer experience across every interaction
Build rapport and establish trust quickly with a wide range of customers
Manage both inbound and outbound leads, with a strong focus on conversion
Ask effective questions and use needs-analysis techniques to understand customer requirements
Recommend the right products, services or solutions based on customer needs
Convert enquiries and leads into sales opportunities and completed transactions
Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services
Proactively follow up leads and prospective customers to maximise conversion
Confidently overcome objections and communicate the value of products and services
Negotiate where appropriate while maintaining strong commercial outcomes
Accurately record sales activity, customer interactions and outcomes
Contribute to continuous improvement across sales processes, scripts and procedures
Provide feedback on recurring customer or sales issues and identify opportunities for improvement
