The Role /n

We’re seeking a dependable and detail-focused Renderer to support the smooth operation of our Gatton plant. This hands-on role involves working with by-products processing, adhering to high safety standards, and ensuring compliance with AQIS and other industry requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities /n

- Adhere to WHS protocols, including lockout procedures for water, electrical, and mechanical systems

/n

- Safely handle and manage chemicals (Chemical Handling Certificate preferred or willingness to complete training)

/n

- Clean machinery and processing areas, utilising hosing and foaming techniques to AQIS standards

/n





- Understand and apply by-products processing procedures both practically and theoretically Accurately complete and manage English-written documentation

/n

- Monitor and operate SCADA systems and gauges

/n

- You have flexibility to work a rotating 24-hour roster (three 8-hour shifts) with occasional overtime as needed

/n

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and reliable plant operations

/n

About You /n

/n

- You have experience in a processing or manufacturing role, particularly in by-products or rendering, is preferred

/n

- Chemical Handling Certification or willingness to undertake training

/n

- Familiarity with SCADA systems and reading operational gauges

/n

- Strong understanding of WHS standards and lockout procedures

/n

- A proactive team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

/n

- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks in a fast-paced setting

/n
