We're looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager - Specification & Retail to grow Billi's brand presence and market share through the management and development of key architectural and design accounts, hydraulic consultants, retail distribution partners, and residential builders.

/n This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys influencing key decision-makers, driving specification opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships that deliver long-term growth.

What you'll be doing

- Grow sales and market share across key specification and retail accounts.

/n

- Build relationships with architects, designers, consultants, retailers and builders.

/n

- Identify and win new business opportunities.

/n

- Deliver product presentations, training and stakeholder engagement activities.

/n

- Influence product specifications and purchasing decisions.

/n





- Manage and grow existing key accounts through strategic relationship building.

/n

- Maintain CRM activity, pipeline management and market insights.

/n

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

/n

About you /n

/n

- Experience in account management, specification sales or business development.

/n

- Strong relationships within the architectural, design, consulting, building or retail sectors.

/n

- Commercially minded with a proven ability to drive growth.

/n

- Skilled at influencing stakeholders and closing opportunities.

/n

- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).

/n

- Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

/n

- Organised, self-motivated and results-driven.

/n

- Current driver's licence.

/n
