/nThe Role /n

As a Senior Estimator, you will serve as a pivotal technical leader within the estimating department, driving commercial success and championing accuracy across high-value tenders.

/n
/nKey Responsibilities /n

/n

/n
/n

- Produce accurate, competitive, and high-quality construction cost estimates independently.

/n
/n

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

/n
/n

- Manage medium-to-high complexity and high-value tenders end-to-end.

/n
/n

- Drive value-engineering initiatives to optimise project outcomes.

/n
/n

- Ensure every bid is commercially robust, risk-aware, and structured to secure profitable work.

/n

/n

/n
/nRequirements /n

/n

/n
/n

- Experience: 10+ years of proven experience as a Commercial Construction Estimator.

/n
/n

- Sector Expertise: Commercial and Retail project experience is essential.

/n
/n

- Software: Demonstrated proficiency with Cubit, Cubit Select, and Buildsoft.

/n
/n

- Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

/n
/n

- Technical Knowledge:



Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and local building regulations.

/n
/n

- Skills: Advanced analytical, mathematical, negotiation, and communication skills.

/n
/n

- Eligibility: Full, unlimited working rights in Australia.
