Summary:

We are seeking dedicated & enthusiastic individuals to join our Cafe & Rooftop Bar team. As a vital part of our organisation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean & welcoming environment, & assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our food & beverage offerings.

Barista experience preferred & previous experience in a customer service role is vital.

Responsibilities:

- Greet & engage with customers in a friendly & positive attitude, ensuring their needs are met promptly.

/n

- Prepare & serve a variety of food & beverages, following established recipes & quality standards.

/n

- Maintain cleanliness & organisation of the food & beverage space.

/n

- Assist in restocking inventory, monitoring supplies, & notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.

/n





- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow & exceptional customer service.

/n

- Adhere to all health & safety regulations, maintaining a clean & safe work environment.

/n

- Assist in the setup & breakdown of events or special promotions as required.

/n

MUST HAVE Qualifications:

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

/n

- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in a premium environment.

- Strong organisational & multitasking abilities while working solo.

/n

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends & holidays.

/n

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

/n

- Current Food Safety Certificate

/n

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates

/n
