The Opportunity

This position sits within a community and healthcare services organisation, providing support to operational divisions with funding and operational models.

You will deliver analysis, performance reporting, and advisory support across service lines. This is an prospect to translate data into operational choices and support business planning.

Your Impact

- Advisory & Business Cases: Partner with leaders to provide scenario modelling, cost-benefit analysis, and decision support.
- Reporting & Analysis: Deliver performance reporting, variance analysis, KPIs, workforce cost analysis, and trend insights for leadership and committees.
- Planning & Reforecasting: Assist with budget builds, rolling forecasts, and modelling across portfolios.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with stakeholders across service lines to explain performance, develop financial literacy, and ensure compliance with procurement and delegation policies.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and data integrity.

About You

- Experience: Experience in accounting, including month-end processes, reconciliations,



and record-keeping across funding structures. Experience in government-funded environments or process re-engineering is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis). Proficiency with ERP systems and reporting tools.
- Qualifications: Progress toward or completion of CA/CPA qualifications is advantageous.
- Compliance: Ability to complete required probity checks and meet health requirements.
