About the Role

We are seeking to appoint Casual Cleaners to join the team at Equity Labour Services (ELS) in the Hobart region.

Equity Labour Services (ELS) is a social enterprise delivering vegetation control, landscaping, cleaning, traffic control, general maintenance, and large-scale mowing services across Tasmania.

We are seeking Casual Cleaners to join our growing Hobart team. Multiple positions are available due to ongoing demand and business growth.

Duties may include:

- Commercial and Industrial cleaning
- Operation of specialised cleaning equipment, including pressure washers
- Secure use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Delivering high-quality cleaning services while following safety procedures
- Working independently and as part of a team to deliver excellent results

About You

- Experience in commercial cleaning (highly desirable)
- Current drivers licence and own transport (essential)
- Current White Card (essential)




- Current First Aid Certificate (desirable)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Working with Vulnerable People Check
