The Opportunity
Reporting to an experienced People & Culture leader, this role sits within a specialist advisory function. It offers a rare opportunity to combine remuneration, benefits, benchmarking, job evaluation and industrial remuneration support in a highly complex setting.

This is a standalone position responsible for providing expert advice across a large workforce spanning award, enterprise agreement and non-award populations. You'll partner closely with People & Culture, senior leaders and executives while balancing both strategic initiatives and operational delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing remuneration advice across a complex workforce environment
- Leading role evaluation and job sizing activities using Mercer methodologies
- Conducting market benchmarking and remuneration analysis
- Supporting remuneration frameworks, salary structures and governance processes
- Partnering with stakeholders on pay positioning, internal equity and workforce planning initiatives
- Providing insights across award, enterprise agreement and non-award remuneration matters
- Supporting annual remuneration review activities and broader reward projects
- Reviewing and enhancing employee benefits offerings and market competitiveness




- Delivering workforce analytics and reporting through Dayforce and other systems
- Contributing to ongoing transformation and process improvement initiatives

About You
You are an experienced Reward, Remuneration or Compensation & Benefits professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders and providing expert advice across complex workforce and industrial environments.

You will ideally bring:

- Experience within Remuneration, Reward or Compensation & Benefits
- Strong remuneration benchmarking and job evaluation experience
- Exposure to Mercer job evaluation methodologies
- Experience supporting award and/or enterprise agreement environments
- Strong analytical capability and confidence working with remuneration data
- The ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
- Experience navigating large, complex and highly regulated organisations
- A hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking

Experience within Healthcare, Community Services, NFP, Government or other complex workforce environments will be highly regarded.
