Admin Support – Rocklea

This casual admin support role offers a hands-on introduction to key operations, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. Key responsibilities:

- Manage purchase order processing and tracking across multiple locations
- Follow up on stock movements and load sheets to ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate Chep transfers and update records in real time
- Support day-to-day admin operations to keep workflows efficient




- Collaborate across teams and sites to resolve issues quickly and smoothly
- Complete stock transfers and adjustments as required.

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or FMCG industries.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Valuable communication skills to liaise effectively with multiple site teams
- Hands-on experience with purchase orders and stock movement systems preferred
- Availability for a shift Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm and adaptable to multi-site responsibilities
