We are seeking a Casual Guest Services Agents to join our team. The successful candidate will be working at two hotels, Adelaide Riviera Hotel and Adelaide Paringa Hotel.
The successful applicant must have flexibility to work a variety of shifts. Shifts vary from roster to roster. Weekend and evening availability is essential.
We offer Free Carparking while rostered at Adelaide Riviera Hotel and discounted CBD parking when not rostered.
Duties and responsibilities will be :
- Check-in and check-out of hotel guests
- Processing financial transactions
- Reservations via telephone, email and walk in
- Switchboard operator
- General customer enquiries
- Luggage handling and tour bookings
- Light cleaning and basic maintenance
- Other duties as required.
Previous hotel experience is desirable but not essential.
