About the role

Join Swimwear Galore, a proudly family-owned Australian retailer, as a Summer Casual Retail Assistant. We have roles available in Carlton, Malvern, Mornington, Sorrento, and Geelong from November 2026 through to the end of January 2027. No two days are the same in this dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

- Unpacking and processing current stock

- Merchandising and maintaining beautiful store displays

- Keeping the store organised, full and customer-ready

- Assisting customers in fitting rooms and on the sales floor

- Delivering exceptional customer service with confidence and enthusiasm

- Working alongside a fun, supportive team

About you

- A positive, friendly and can-do attitude

- Confidence when interacting with customers

- Reliability and a willingness to learn

- Availability throughout December and January

- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods

- A passion for helping customers feel confident and comfortable
