About the role

You'll join SHE Salon in Newcastle as an apprentice hairstylist in a Wella Professional salon. You'll learn colour, cut, and client care, with specialised hair extension training. Your career pathway is mapped from day one: Apprentice → Emerging Stylist → Senior → Executive, with clear targets and pay rises attached at each level.

Key responsibilities

- Learn and develop colour, cut, and client care techniques
- Receive hands-on hair extension training
- Work with clients who love beautiful hair
- Show up, ask questions, and develop skills
