The Company

Our client, a well-established not-for-profit organisation in the community services sector, is investing in a significant digital modernisation program and needs a Business Analyst who can hit the ground running and help drive it forward.

The Role

Working within a Project Enablement function, you'll be the critical bridge between business requirements, process, and technology design. This isn't a "business as usual" BA role, it's a chance to shape genuine transformation. The organisation's last major tech uplift was some years ago, so there's substantial ground to cover across:

- Platform integration initiatives
- Azure and Microsoft 365
- Data platform activities
- SharePoint implementation
- Broader merger-related technology work

You'll partner closely with the Senior Program Manager, the internal Project team, and technology vendors, translating operational needs into clear, well-documented requirements that vendors can deliver against.

Your Profile

We're after a BA (or BA/PM hybrid) who can genuinely adapt, not someone who only thrives in a narrow lane. The right person will have:

- A tech application project background, ideally including Microsoft platforms, mergers and acquisitions, or platform/application uplift work
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organisation, from frontline staff to executives
- A proactive, self-starting approach, comfortable picking things up quickly
- Solid emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly across diverse stakeholders




- Some experience with change management and training delivery, as you'll potentially support change and training tasks alongside your BA work
- Awareness and understanding of the NDIS, and ideally experience delivering services in a community services and/or disability context

A not-for-profit background is a bonus, not a requirement. Strong candidates from corporate backgrounds who can adapt to an enterprise-focused, mission-driven environment are also genuinely welcome. What matters most is cultural fit.

Requirements

- Tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience in Business Analysis or Project Management
- Right to work in Australia
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Working with Children Check or equivalent
