Team Leader, Speech Pathology | Sydney
Up to $125k + Super + Car Allowance
An exciting and rare opportunity has become available with one of our most valued clients, an established allied health provider we’ve worked closely with and know extremely well.

They are looking for either an experienced Speech Pathology Team Leader or a Senior Speech Pathologist ready to take their next step into leadership.

This role has become available purely due to the existing Team Leader relocating, and you’ll be stepping into a small, secure and genuinely high-performing Speech Pathology team.

The team is already performing exceptionally well. Clinicians are experienced, consistently achieving their KPIs and work with a high level of autonomy. This isn’t a leadership role where you’ll be walking into problems or spending your time performance managing. It’s an opportunity to inherit a great team, support them clinically and help continue growing the service.

The role
You’ll provide leadership and clinical support to the Speech Pathology team while maintaining a smaller personal caseload, allowing you to remain connected to clinical practice.
There is plenty of autonomy within the position and genuine flexibility around how you structure your week, with only one office day required per week.

You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the Speech Pathology team over time.

Location: Inner West Sydney would be ideal, however open to candidates across Sydney
