POOL MAINTENANCE OFFSIDER / SUBCONTRACTOR WANTED Looking for a reliable subcontractor to work alongside me in a pool maintenance business based out of Blacktown. This is not a job for someone lazy, constantly late, glued to their phone or looking to do the bare minimum. I need someone dependable who can show up every day ready to work. Requirements: • ABN required • Driver's licence required • Own vehicle required to travel to and from Blacktown daily (Work vehicle may be provided) • Physically fit and capable of working outdoors all day • Must be punctual, presentable and willing to learn • No excuses attitude You will meet at my house each morning, work with me throughout the day in the service vehicle, then return home in your own vehicle after work. Job Role:



• Vacuuming pools • Brushing pools • Emptying baskets • Cleaning filters • Water testing and chemical dosing • Carrying equipment and assisting with repairs/installations when required • Driving the service van Pay: • Winter trial period: $225 per day (up to 8 hours) • If you prove yourself over winter, there is an opportunity to move into running the company van independently at $300 per day (up to 8 hours) This can turn into long-term consistent full time work for the right person. I’m looking for someone who wants to build a future, not just someone chasing a quick paycheck. Pool experience is a bonus, but attitude and reliability matter more.
