Estimator – Civil Infrastructure and Plant Services

Belmont, WA | Full-Time | Competitive Salary

East to West Plant Services is looking for an experienced Estimator to join its growing team in Belmont.

This is a key position supporting the preparation of accurate and competitive tenders across civil infrastructure, utilities, earthworks and plant-based projects throughout Western Australia.

The Role

- Review tender documentation, drawings, specifications and scopes of work
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labour, plant, materials and subcontractors
- Complete quantity take-offs and develop tender pricing
- Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Identify project risks, opportunities and commercial considerations
- Prepare tender submissions, schedules and supporting documentation
- Work closely with the Director, operations team and project teams
- Attend site visits, tender meetings and project handovers
- Maintain accurate estimating records and cost databases
- Support the development of competitive rates and pricing strategies

About You

- Previous estimating experience within civil construction, utilities,



earthworks or plant services
- Strong understanding of labour, plant and material costs
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail
- Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills
- Confident communicating with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Able to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines
- Robust Excel and general computer skills
- Knowledge of the Western Australian civil infrastructure market would be highly regarded
- Australian working rights
