We're looking for passionate Lead Educators and Educators to join our Capalaba team.

Whether you're an experienced Diploma-qualified educator ready to lead a room, or a Certificate III educator looking for a supportive team where you can continue to learn and grow, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Roles

Depending on your experience and qualifications, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Build genuine, trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.

- Create warm, welcoming environments where every child feels safe, valued and that they belong.

- Support children to explore, wonder, investigate and learn through meaningful play.

- Plan and contribute to learning experiences that respond to children's interests, strengths, ideas and emerging theories.

- Advocate for children's voices and recognise children as active participants in their own learning.

- Work collaboratively with your team to reflect on practice and continually strengthen the experiences we provide for children.

- Contribute to high-quality educational practice aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.

- Work alongside and receive support from our Educational Leader and leadership team.

For our Lead Educators

About You

You may be a great fit for our team if you:

- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved equivalent.

- Have experience within early childhood education and care.

- Believe relationships are at the heart of quality practice.

- See children as capable, curious and full of potential.

- Value play-based learning and meaningful interactions over simply "getting through the routine".

- Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing positively to team culture.

- Are reflective, open to feedback and interested in continuing to develop your practice.

- Bring kindness, professionalism, reliability and enthusiasm to your work.

- Hold, or are willing to obtain, a current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications and required Child Protection training.

For our Lead Educator opportunities, you'll hold a Diploma qualification and ideally have experience leading a room or be ready to take that next step in your career.
