Premier Pet is one of Australia’s leading suppliers to pet and aquarium shops. Bay Fish is the live fish arm of Premier Pet and is Australia’s premier Aquarium Fish wholesaler, located in Narangba.

We are currently expanding our operations. This expansion will create multiple vacancies for experienced and enthusiastic Aquarists to assist to look after our 2500 fish tanks.

If you have experience in Fish Keeping or a thorough knowledge of aquarium fish or other animal biology or aquaculture facilities then please apply for a position within our purpose built fish room.

Full time role

Monday to Friday plus weekend work

These roles are responsible for:

Looking after fish, fish disease diagnosis, fish treating and feeding.

Further duties will also include catching fish,



processing orders and a range of tasks associated with packaging preparation and fish tank maintenance. This is a hands on role.

Monday to Friday, often there is an early finish on Friday. Weekend work/public holiday work may be required.

A background in the Aquarium industry or knowledge of fish keeping or aquaculture facilities will be highly regarded. The position may also suit recent University Science graduates looking to kickstart their career.

Successful applicants will have a robust work ethic and mindful, caring attitude towards livestock.
