Join Daimler Trucks Brisbane, part of the Velocity Truck Centres network, and play a key role supporting our truck sales team. We’re looking for an organised, proactive Sales Coordinator to manage the build, preparation, and delivery process for new and stock trucks — ensuring every customer receives their vehicle on time and to specification.

This role is ideal for someone early in their automotive or transport career who’s ready to expand their operational experience and grow towards a future in truck sales.

About The Role

- Coordinate truck builds from order confirmation through to delivery.
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and body builders to ensure builds meet timelines and specifications.
- Manage transport and delivery logistics between suppliers, dealerships, and customers.
- Oversee pre-delivery inspections (PDI), demo units, and stock vehicle readiness.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal tracking systems.
- Support the sales team with order processing, scheduling, and general administration.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may impact build or delivery timelines.
- Assist with stock audits and provide regular pipeline updates to the team.
- Assist with movement of light and heavy commercial vehicles

About You

- Experience in automotive, truck, transport or equipment sales administration.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, practical and willing to learn the end-to-end truck build process.
- Strong systems and administration skills.
- Valid driver's licence.
