About the Role

This role is dynamic and fulfilling, with each day presenting unique experiences and opportunities. Responsibilities include:

- Delivering outstanding, person-centered support.

- Addressing clients’ social and community needs.

- Supporting clients develop skills to meet their goals.

- Offering personalised one-on-one support.





- Supporting clients in achieving their work and work experience objectives.

- Maintaining precise support logs and notes.

Essential Requirements

You will also need:

- A valid Driver’s Licence and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.

- An NDIS Worker Check

- A Working with Children Check

- First Aid Certificate.
