We are expanding our team and looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of our civil construction projects.

Working alongside our existing Project Managers, Supervisors and management team, you’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, helping coordinate project documentation, procurement, cost tracking and compliance from tender and mobilisation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Project Managers and Supervisors with day-to-day project coordination.

- Maintain project files, registers, correspondence, RFIs and variations.

- Prepare and track purchase orders and subcontractor documentation.

- Assist with project costing, progress claims and reconciliation of timesheets, dockets and invoices.

- Assist with quotations, tenders and project setup.

- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and outstanding project documentation.

- Maintain site compliance records including SWMS, permits, inductions, licences and competencies.

- Assist with safety, quality and environmental documentation and audit requirements.

- Help improve project systems,



processes and document control.

About You

You’ll be organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy, project-based environment. You’ll bring experience in construction, civil works or a similar industry, ideally with a background in project coordination, construction administration or compliance.

You’ll have strong attention to detail, be confident managing documentation and following up outstanding actions, and communicate well with both internal teams and external parties. Experience with project costing, procurement or construction compliance will be highly regarded, along with confidence using Microsoft Office and project management systems.
