We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Project Manager / Associate Director to join our Perth team. The Role

Reporting to the leadership team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and implementation of complex projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, and to an exacting scope.

Key Responsibilities:





- Manage multiple projects simultaneously at varying stages of the project lifecycle.

- Navigate the Perth planning and construction landscape to provide expert advisory to our clients.

- Effectively monitor and present project updates to stakeholders and project team members.

- Maintain rigorous standards in project planning, financial management, and risk mitigation.

Your Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for a leader with the business acumen to navigate the intricacies of the Perth property market.

- 7+ years of experience in Project Management (Client-Side or Consultancy experience highly regarded).

- Sector Expertise: Proven experience in the delivery of Commercial and Retail projects is essential.

- Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

- Detail Oriented: Excellent organisational and planning skills with a keen attention to detail.
