SKILLED LABOURERS - ABN SUBCONTRACTORS | AUSTRALIA WIDE TRAVEL
Reddas Outback Concrete & Carpentry is looking for skilled and reliable labourers/tradespeople to join our growing team on an ongoing subcontractor basis.
We are looking for people with experience in a tradie field such as carpentry, concrete, construction or similar, who hold their own ABN and are ready to work as part of a hands-on team across Australia.
About the Role
This is not a standard Monday–Friday job. Our projects take us to different locations around Australia, including remote areas, so you need to be comfortable travelling and adapting to changing plans.
Our standard roster is:
15 days on / 6 days off
You may be required to travel to different locations depending on upcoming projects, and schedules can change quickly. We need people who can think on their feet, communicate well and roll with the changes.
What We’re Looking For
- Current ABN and ability to work as a subcontractor
- Experience in carpentry, concrete, construction or a related trade
- Good practical skills and a strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual and willing to get stuck in
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable working in remote locations and travelling regularly
- Flexible and able to adapt when plans or project locations change
- Good attitude and willingness to help across different aspects of a job
- Strong communication and common sense
- Driver's licence preferred
