Housing Officer

Roseberry Qld is seeking a Housing Officer to deliver tenancy and property management services across our community housing portfolio. Working closely with tenants, contractors, and support services, you will help people maintain stable housing while ensuring properties are well managed and compliant.

Working under the guidance of the Housing Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tenancy and property management services across our community housing portfolio. You are an organised and values-driven professional who is passionate about helping people achieve safe and sustainable housing outcomes. You thrive in a people-focused environment, build positive relationships, and bring a practical approach to tenancy and property management.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Qualifications and/or experience in social housing, community services, tenancy management, or a related field.

- Knowledge of tenancy legislation, housing standards, and compliance requirements.

- Experience in tenancy or property management, ideally supporting people with diverse or complex needs.

- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

- Sound administrative and computer skills, including database and record management.

- A commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive, and trauma-informed practice.





- A current Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

- A current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain one).

- A satisfactory Police Check.

- Eligibility to work in Australia.
