We're seeking an experienced sales coordinator to become a key link between our customers and sales team. teams.

This is a busy, varied role combining customer contact, sales administration and project coordination. You'll take enquiries from initial contact, keep customer and project information moving through the business, and help ensure nothing gets missed along the way.

This could be a great next step for an experienced Sales Administrator, Customer Coordinator or Sales Support skilled ready for a role with more variety and ownership.

Where you'll add value

You'll be the coordination point across a number of moving parts - managing incoming enquiries, maintaining CRM and customer information, supporting orders and invoicing, coordinating documentation and approvals, following up outstanding actions and helping transition projects smoothly from sales into delivery.

You'll also be one of the friendly faces of the office,



assisting visitors and helping ensure the office runs smoothly day to day.

What we're looking for

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys being organised and getting things done. You're comfortable dealing with customers, can juggle competing priorities and don't need to be reminded to follow something through.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- 3+ years' experience in sales administration, sales support, customer coordination or a similar role

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Excellent organisation and attention to detail

- Experience working with a CRM or similar business system

- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel

- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

- A proactive, positive approach and willingness to pitch in as part of a team

Experience in a project-based, building products, construction, property or manufacturing environment would be useful, but isn't essential.

This is a permanent, full-time, office-based position working Monday to Friday.
