We're seeking a professional, client-focused individual to join our Brisbane team in a full time client services and vaults consultant position.

The Role

You'll be part of a close-knit team supporting clients accessing our vault facility and services.

Your focus will include:

- Assisting clients accessing vault and storage services.

- Managing appointments, onboarding and account administration.

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

- Delivering a consistently high standard of client service.

About You
