Join a busy, multi-site organisation and step into a senior AP role where you will play a key part in maintaining the accounts payable function during a period of leave cover.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end accounts payable processing

- Process supplier invoices and credit card transactions

- Manage invoices and ensure timely approvals

- Oversee landlord invoices throughout the AP workflow

- Process local and overseas supplier payments

- Review and reconcile technician invoices

- Manage supplier onboarding and bank account changes

- Monitor and respond to the AP inbox

- Update weekly cashflow forecasts for upcoming payments

- Manage the Digital Card program

- Provide support and guidance to the wider finance team as required

About You:





- Minimum 4 years' experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Officer roles

- Strong high-volume and multi-site AP experience

- Intermediate Excel skills or above

- Experience using AP automation platforms

- Able to work autonomously and confidently step into a senior AP position

- Strong attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management skills
