We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Customer Experience Officer to join our team in Smithfield. In this role, you’ll report to the Retail Sales Manager and be responsible for managing inbound sales enquiries, walk-in customers and digital leads while supporting our Pre-Owned and Rental forklift sales team. We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about delivering a positive customer experience while ensuring day-to-day processes run smoothly.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your responsibilities:

- Respond to inbound sales calls and online enquiries nationally





- Assist walk-in customers and direct enquiries to the right team member

- Support the sales team with customer follow-up, quotations and checking equipment availability

- Complete general administration tasks such as ordering office supplies and helping keep the site running smoothly

- Assist with customer satisfaction activity and reporting

- Provide general day-to-day support to the wider sales team

Requirements for success:

- Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, administration or similar coordination role.

- A friendly and professional approach with a strong focus on customer service.

- A professional and customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to support business growth and deliver a positive experience

- Strong communication, organisation skills, and Microsoft proficiency.
