As we continue to grow our Australian operations, we are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our Perth team.

About the Role

The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Powerfleet’s existing customers and ensuring the efficient management of quotation and order processes. Working closely with our Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams, you will coordinate customer requests, prepare and manage quotations and orders, maintain accurate customer information and help ensure a professional and consistent customer experience. This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities and taking ownership of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage quotation requests for existing Powerfleet customers from initial request through to completion.

- Prepare and process quotations accurately and within agreed timeframes.

- Coordinate customer orders and ensure all required information is captured and communicated.

- Support customer account activities in partnership with Sales and Customer Success.

- Respond to customer enquiries relating to Powerfleet products, services, quotations and orders.

- Identify and escalate customer opportunities, risks and issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our CRM systems.





- Support reporting and operational activities through accurate data and record management.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are progressed efficiently.

- Ensure compliance with Powerfleet policies, processes and data governance requirements.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised professional who takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer support and operational coordination.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer account support, customer service or a similar role.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- The ability to confidently and professionally manage customer expectations.

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

- A proactive approach with a high level of accountability, ownership and follow-through.

- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team-oriented team environment.

- Experience with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be highly regarded.
