You will be responsible for delivering and collecting high-quality, high-value joinery and materials, primarily using our 6.8-metre flatbed truck. Care, attention to detail and safe handling are essential, as our products need to arrive on site in excellent condition. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Arndell Park factory with consistent weekday hours, competitive pay and opportunities for overtime.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and operate our 6.8m flatbed truck
- Deliver joinery and materials to construction sites and other locations across Sydney
- Safely load, secure, transport and unload products
- Take care when handling finished and high-value joinery
- Complete routine vehicle checks and maintain a high standard of vehicle care
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Work closely with our factory, logistics and project teams
About you
- A reliable and responsible driver with a strong safety focus
- Punctual,
organised and well presented
- Comfortable handling large and valuable products
- Physically fit and able to assist with loading and unloading
- Familiar with Sydney roads and construction sites
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional when dealing with customers, suppliers and site teams
- Available for occasional Saturday work when required
- A current C Class driver's licence is essential
- An HC licence is an advantage but not essential
- A forklift licence is also an advantage but not required.
