CHEF – GEMELLI ITALIAN BROADBEACH

Since opening in Broadbeach in 2013, Gemelli Italian has become one of the Gold Coast's most loved dining destinations – known for authentic Italian flavours, family-style service, and a passion for tradition and innovation. Our kitchen is the heart of what we do, and every dish reflects the dedication and craftsmanship of our team.

We're now looking for a FULL TIME Chef and another Chef with more casual hours to join our talented kitchen brigade at Gemelli Broadbeach. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about Italian cuisine and eager to grow within one of the Coast's most dynamic restaurant groups.

What you'll do:

- Assist with the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes under the guidance of senior chefs

- Maintain a clean, efficient, and organised work area

- Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods

- Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety

- Bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine passion for learning and Italian food culture

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in a busy kitchen (Italian experience a bonus)

- Experience in any commercial kitchen environment is required

- A minimum of 2+ years of previous kitchen experience is required for this position





- Excellent time management and teamwork skills

- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

- Full time hours available, with the option for a contract for the right candidate

- Must currently be living in Australia with full work rights
